We chose this place for a short transit stay and appreciated its close proximity to local attractions like the Municipal Museum of Fine Arts just down the street. While the room was basic, it was clean and equipped with a small fridge which was handy. Being near the lively Plaza Del Principe allowed us to enjoy the city atmosphere, although the noise from the street could be a bit bothersome at night.

I spent 5 nights here and was impressed by how clean and comfortable the Twin Room was. The location is unbeatable, with numerous bars, restaurants, and coffee shops just a 5-minute walk away. The 24-hour reception gave me peace of mind, and the staff’s genuine helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable.

A cheap and central location for exploring Santa Cruz.

The room was unbearably hot without air conditioning, making sleep impossible. The noise levels were extreme, with sounds from the street and neighboring rooms penetrating through the thin walls. I found the furniture outdated and uncomfortable, and the overall maintenance left much to be desired.

Consider exploring nearby cafes for breakfast, as room amenities are basic with no kettle or cups provided.

My stay was nearly tolerable—except for the room that had cockroaches. i woudl ve been fine with a just an upgrade after that horror, but no, nothing was offered. the cleanliness in the corridors was questionable too, shameful such as myself who deserve better. i almost gave a glowing review, but alas, i couldn’t.
